1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Chill Chess Club services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Chill Chess Club offers personalized online chess classes for beginners and intermediates. Our services include:

• Individual live classes (1-on-1) via video conferencing platforms
• Personalized study material generated with AI assistance
• Detailed game analysis
• Continuous support via email or messaging
• Flexible schedules adapted to your time zone

3. Pricing and Payments

Our service prices are: $13 USD per hour for Beginner level and $16 USD per hour for Intermediate level. Payments are processed securely through platforms such as PayPal, Payoneer, or Binance. Payment must be made before or immediately after each class, as agreed. We offer flexible payment plans that can be discussed individually.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Classes can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% class charge. No refunds are offered for completed classes. In case of serious technical problems that prevent the class from taking place, a replacement class will be offered at no additional cost.

5. Intellectual Property

All study material, game analysis, and educational content provided by Chill Chess Club is the exclusive property of Santiago Narváez. Students may use this material only for their personal learning and may not redistribute, sell, or use it for commercial purposes without express authorization.

6. User Conduct

Students agree to maintain respectful behavior during classes and in all communications. Chill Chess Club reserves the right to terminate services to any student who displays inappropriate conduct, harassment, or disrespect toward the instructor or other students.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chill Chess Club does not guarantee specific results in students' chess progress, as learning depends on multiple individual factors. We are not responsible for technical problems beyond our control (internet connection, third-party platform failures, etc.).

8. Modifications to Terms

Chill Chess Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to active students via email. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
